Responsibilities
- Manage front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams during weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges with precision
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and room inventory management
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and mentor new team members on hotel procedures
- Implement safety and compliance protocols
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven weekend shift availability (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Ohio Hospitality Certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work holidays and special events
