Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations
- Train and mentor 10-15 hourly staff members on service standards
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve escalated service issues
- Manage weekend occupancy reports and optimize staffing schedules
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless weekend transitions
- Execute weekend inventory controls and quality assurance checks
- Implement emergency protocols for weekend incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven weekend shift leadership in hospitality
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail in guest experience metrics
- Basic accounting and cash handling proficiency
