Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend hotel operations including front desk, valet, and guest services
- Train and supervise part-time staff during peak weekend hours
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless execution
- Monitor inventory and manage weekend staffing schedules
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven leadership in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays without exception
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Maintain Michigan Food Safety Manager certification
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
