Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during peak weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Train and mentor 8-12 hospitality staff on service excellence
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate satisfaction through personalized solutions
- Coordinate housekeeping, valet, and concierge departments for flawless execution
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures per brand standards
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to optimize staffing and service delivery
- Execute VIP guest experiences for weekend arrivals/departures
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience with weekend shift focus
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's & ServSafe certifications
- Exceptional conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
- Strong knowledge of Chicago tourism landscape
- Fluent English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
