Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and lobby management during weekend shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front desk and housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor daily finances, including cash handling and petty cash reconciliation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conduct nightly inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels for the front office and amenities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical labor when necessary.
