Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Train and mentor part-time staff on guest service protocols
- Handle VIP guest check-ins and special requests
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance coordination
- Execute weekend event setups and break-downs
- Maintain accurate shift reports and inventory logs
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proficient in Opera/PMS systems
- Ohio Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for flexible weekend scheduling
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland tourism attractions
- Valid Ohio driver's license
