Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain hotel cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with departments (F&B, Valet, Security) for seamless weekend operations
- Monitor inventory and ordering for weekend operational needs
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members on hotel procedures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate critical information to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, PMS systems)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
