Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food service operations during weekend shifts
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and personalized service
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations promptly
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
- Execute weekend inventory and supply management
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality experience required
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) essential
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure during peak periods
- Valid Wisconsin food handler/sanitation certification
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
