Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front desk operations ensuring seamless guest check-in/check-out processes
- Supervise 8-10 hourly staff including bellhops, housekeepers, and concierge team
- Handle escalated guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, special events, and weekend group check-ins
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and brand standards
- Train new weekend staff on service excellence and emergency procedures
- Conduct daily inventory audits for high-value amenities
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel management experience with weekend shift focus
- Tennessee Food Service Manager certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and hotel management software
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- TSSA certification or equivalent hospitality training
- Strong understanding of Nashville tourism landscape
