- Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and room status management
- Implement weekend safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Conduct weekend inventory audits and operational reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification preferred
