As part of our shift team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel operates smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and delivering top-notch guest service during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures during weekend shifts.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all rooms meet our quality standards.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and security regulations.
- Assist in inventory management for room supplies and amenities.
- Perform regular inspections of common areas and guest rooms to maintain a pristine environment.
- Lead the weekend team with motivation and provide training on hotel protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or shift work is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
