Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations during peak weekend hours, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
- Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Assist in training junior staff on weekend procedures and safety protocols.
- Handle cash handling, billing, and room service coordination with 100% accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies and amenities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
