Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with attention to detail and personalized service
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using our CRM system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations per company policy
- Collaborate with cross-department teams (F&B, Valet, Maintenance) during peak hours
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including evenings
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (for valet duties if applicable)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
