Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, and concierge stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation coordination
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for valet positions)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
