Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and valet positions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using problem-solving skills
- Maintain detailed records of guest requests and special accommodations
- Assist with event setup and guest functions during weekend events
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Maryland hospitality certification (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass background check and drug screening
