Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our booking system.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment in the lobby and public areas.
- Assist with guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Handle incoming calls and manage the front desk during peak weekend hours.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation is required.
