Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding reservations and amenities.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the lobby and common areas.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and any special requests to enhance their stay.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols during your shift.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software is a plus.
