Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the Property Management System.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy items (up to 25 lbs).
- Must possess a valid driver's license (if driving company vehicle).
