Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes with a smile.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Reception Duties: Answer phones professionally and handle basic inquiries via email or in-person.
- Room Preparation: Ensure public areas and lobbies are clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the weekend.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the manager when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience: A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level weekend roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
