Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and payment processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting guests with special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and common spaces.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally, transferring messages promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room preparation as needed.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems (PMS).
- Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Ability to lift light objects and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
