Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls and emails professionally, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintain the reception area in pristine condition.
  • Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned promptly for incoming weekend guests.
  • Security & Safety: Monitor the premises to ensure the safety of guests and property, reporting any maintenance issues or irregularities immediately to management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
