Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation coordination
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with F&B and event teams for integrated guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Must obtain NC Food Handler's certification within 30 days
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
