Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in the maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
