Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of front desk, housekeeping, and culinary staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L analysis, budget adherence, and cost control measures.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure loyalty.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
