In this role, you will serve as the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued from the moment they arrive. This is a high-growth position within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Manage check-outs efficiently and handle payments accurately.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly.
- Handle occasional front desk cash handling and petty cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred, but not required for training.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
