Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, public areas, and restrooms.
- Handle luggage storage and delivery for guests.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks and filing.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific hotel training is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use hotel management software.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage.
