Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, public areas, and designated zones.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure a pristine environment.
- Assist with event setup and teardown for weekend conferences or banquets.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
