Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and local recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.
- Area Maintenance: Keep public spaces, lobbies, and restrooms pristine and welcoming at all times.
- Support Operations: Assist with various hotel operations, including front desk support, concierge duties, and light cleaning as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure seamless service delivery during high-traffic weekend periods.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive paid training for all new hires.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) with flexibility for shift changes.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
