Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the lobby, front desk, and public areas.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage email correspondence professionally.
- Assist with check-out processes, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness for weekend arrivals.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily deposits accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
