Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Coordinate with front desk and other departments for seamless operations
- Complete detailed room inspections before guest arrival
- Handle special requests from guests with professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6 AM - 4 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening required
