Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas with meticulous attention to detail
- Execute deep cleaning protocols including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and restocking amenities
- Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment and eco-friendly supplies efficiently
- Report maintenance issues promptly to preserve property integrity
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong time management with weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Massachusetts work authorization
