Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities following brand standards
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all rooms meet sanitation protocols
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolutions
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock carts as needed
- Adhere to safety procedures including proper chemical handling and OSHA standards
- Provide exceptional service to guests during room turnovers and common area interactions
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-site coverage
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Certification in cleaning protocols or OSHA training a plus
