Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas thoroughly, ensuring all standards of hygiene are met.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms to a pristine condition.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toiletries to guest specifications.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
