Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to company standards, ensuring linens are fresh and amenities are stocked.
- Make beds and arrange furniture according to hotel standards.
- Straighten and organize closets and drawers for guest convenience.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including baseboards, windowsills, and furniture.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpets and hard floors in all guest areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for weekend availability.
- Excellent time management skills to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Basic English proficiency for communication with team members and guests.
