As a Weekend Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and luxurious stay. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and our reputation.
Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established safety and sanitation standards.
- Bed Making: Ensure all linens are crisp, clean, and arranged according to luxury hospitality standards.
- Restocking: Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies in guest rooms.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly.
- Inspection: Conduct final inspections of rooms to ensure all details are perfect before guest arrival.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, and fold linens and towels as assigned.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the front desk and management team.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
