Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen to ensure operational readiness
- Address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly via communication systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability initiatives in all cleaning processes
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before releasing to guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ pounds regularly
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible weekend availability (6 AM - 4 PM shifts)
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual a plus)
