Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning bathrooms
- Service public areas including lobbies, hallways, and elevations to maintain impeccable standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before guest arrivals
- Handle special requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including holidays
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of industry-standard cleaning techniques and products
