Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Manage inventory and restock amenities to resort standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Address guest requests promptly with exceptional service mindset

- Collaborate with team members during peak check-in/check-out periods
- Document maintenance issues for facility team follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hospitality setting
- Valid California driver's license (for resort transport duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Flexible availability: Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques
- Proven ability to maintain composure during high-volume periods
