Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities.
- Sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks to ensure hygiene standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Deliver exceptional service by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
