Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet strict cleanliness standards.
- Make beds with precision, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and presentable.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors using approved cleaning solutions.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners promptly.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facility manager immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual for weekend shifts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
