Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize residential units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all supplies are fully stocked
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and property concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and follow property-specific protocols
- Interact professionally with residents and team members
- Adhere to safety standards and eco-friendly cleaning practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6AM-4PM)
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong command of English communication
- Clean background check and drug screen required
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
