Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Sanitization: Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, and free of debris.
- Bed Making: Make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are stocked.
- Laundry Management: Sort, wash, and press linens and towels efficiently.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and replace liners in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
- Reliability: Punctual and trustworthy with a positive work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the management team.
