Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members for seamless room turnover
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid California driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6AM-3PM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals
