Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC sanitation protocols
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns
- Coordinate with front desk team for room readiness
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
