Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Lobby Management: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Mail & Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PMS software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Professional appearance and a positive, customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
