Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate telephone switchboard and manage communications
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/reception experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Miami tourism and local attractions
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- High school diploma or equivalent
