Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory control
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Address guest requests promptly and maintain exceptional service standards
- Follow detailed checklists and quality assurance protocols
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping/hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
