Responsibilities
- Room Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Bed Making: Change bed linens, make beds according to strict hotel standards, and fluff pillows for a welcoming look.
- Amenity Restocking: Restock guest amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and mini-bar items to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners in rooms and common areas daily.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages in the rooms to the engineering department immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and operating hotel equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and the ability to spot minor details that require correction.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and guests in English.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
