Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established safety and sanitation standards.
- Change bed linens, restock amenities, and ensure guest amenities are replenished and in working order.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and laundry facilities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the Supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries regarding room amenities and services with a positive and professional attitude.
- Adhere to all company policies, including dress code and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as well as holiday shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer skills for logging work orders and checking emails.
