Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established safety and sanitation standards.
  • Change bed linens, restock amenities, and ensure guest amenities are replenished and in working order.
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and laundry facilities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the Supervisor.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries regarding room amenities and services with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including dress code and confidentiality agreements.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as well as holiday shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
