Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, including check-in/check-out and concierge assistance
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping services for weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and process payments through hotel systems
- Collaborate with security team for weekend crowd management and safety protocols
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 10am-10pm)
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for vaile duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Customer service certification a plus
